Responsibilities

Support prototyping, testing, and analysis efforts associated with tactical code development for the AN/TPY-2 and SBX radars

Work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software & hardware of the AN/TPY-2 and SBX radars

Perform prototyping, testing, analysis, and verification of tactical algorithms

Design and develop scenarios

Develop analysis tools

Apply new or existing tools to perform complex analysis on radar system performance

Enhance understanding of critical radar functions including acquisition, tracking, discrimination, scheduling, advanced functions, and system-level interactions

Support a broad range of projects including MDA ground test performance analysis, post-flight reconstructions, and integration and risk-reduction efforts

Required

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math from an accredited institution

Mid and senior level experience candidates (6-20 years) will be considered

Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering

Proficient in modeling and data analysis using Matlab, Python, and/or similar tools

Ability to work effectively in team environments and independently

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an Active Secret security clearance

Preferred

Experience with radar analysis, radar systems engineering, and/or radar operations

Experience with radar signal/detection injection HWIL systems

Experience leading the development of complex analysis tools using Matlab

Experience with fire control systems and simulation frameworks
