Responsibilities

Work with multi-discipline feature teams including user experience experts, architects, engineers and others to define and roll out products and services for large global organizations as well as for EY

Using a customer centric and data-driven approach to product development, advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle

Break down and simplify complex processes and touchpoints to deliver exceptional experiences

Prioritize and define product roadmaps, manage a product backlog, make quick decisions and coordinate the team to release quality products within planned timelines

Provide support practice building activities such as team mentorship and proposal deck development

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds

Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge

Maintain long-term client relationships and networks

Cultivate business development opportunities

Required

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Design, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience

Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Design, or a related field and 4 years of work experience

Must have 3 years of experience in one or a combination of any of the following: Technical Product Delivery experience while working at a financial services company, such as: a wealth asset management firm; banking & capital markets firm; and/or property, casualty, and/or life insurance company

Must have 3 years of experience in one or a combination of any of the following: Technical Product Delivery experience as a consultant to a financial services company, such as: a wealth asset management firm; banking & capital markets firm; and/or property, casualty, and/or life insurance company

Must have 4 years of experience in facilitating discussions with technical, design and business subject-matter resources to document requirements and articulate alternatives for future state solutions across various domains and channels

Must have 4 years of experience managing product management projects with defined deliverables and budgets, including any combination of all of the following: budgeting and managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; and conflict resolution and consensus building

Must have 2 years of experience within all of the following within the product management domain: Deal Governance, Writing contractual statements of work, Responding to RFPs, Project Financials

Must have 3 years of experience with agile management tools including with at least one of the following: Jira, or Azure DevOps

Must have 4 years of experience in leading ideation sessions, program increment planning, standups, sprints, and scrums

Must have 2 years of experience supervising a team, providing feedback, and managing the delivery of an engagement workstream

Must have 2 years of experience with enterprise product operating models

Must have 4 years of experience in defining product vision, gathering and translating business and technical requirements into customized IT solutions, defining and managing product roadmaps, sizing component initiatives, prioritizing and managing product backlogs, and overseeing product delivery including testing and solution deployment for custom technology solutions

Must have 3 years of experience working on teams with designers, developers, QA, DevOps, and understanding their functions and deliverables related to product delivery

Requires travel up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs
