Responsibilities
Conduct daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management across the organization
Monitor and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth
Support development and maintenance of a 13-week rolling and long-term cash forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Monitor and review bank fee structure and merchant card program
Support optimization efforts with Kyriba
Automate treasury workflows and reporting to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance system integration and data integrity
Provide analytical support and insights to senior treasury leadership for decision-making
Contribute to strategic initiatives, M&A support, and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
B.S. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration
At least 3 years of experience in treasury operations
Experience with forecasting and treasury technology
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience with Kyriba and PeopleSoft preferred
Certified Treasury Professional desired but not required
