Responsibilities

The Manager is responsible for centralized Cash Applications functions for LBH (LifeBridge Health) physician enterprises billed through PDI (Practice Dynamics Incorporated) to include cash receipts, cash posting, and cash reconciliation, maintenance of 835/remittance processing, scanning/indexing/document imaging and credit balance resolution

Performs day-to-day processes, stays current with healthcare and industry standards

Investigates and resolves operational issues and serves as a knowledge resource for PFS Directors, staff and coworkers

The Manager assists the Director as a liaison between PDI, the LBH physician enterprises and hospital departments as needed

Responsible for customer satisfaction of all assigned practices

Prepares for and conducts billing meetings with Physicians and Practice Management staff of assigned practices monthly or as needed

Communicates directly with physicians as needed, which includes responding to practice management and provider calls

Learns each assigned practice’s policies, procedures and processes

Investigates and resolves technical and process issues and works directly with practices to resolve open issues
