Responsibilities

Leads ongoing J10, JNN and JNTC network support, addresses availability issues, overcomes performance problems

Installs, maintains, and coordinates the use of network systems

Manages network performance, diagnoses performance problems, and undertakes tuning activities to ensure network performance meets SLA requirements

Troubleshoots and resolves problems to ensure quality transmission service on the network

Reports on overall network performance including frequent problems, underlying issues and plans to improve network availability, performance, and problem resolution

Trains users, maintains, creates, and deletes user accounts

Manages and updates system security plans on all platforms

Creates, implements and coordinates network policies, procedures, and standards

Enforces network security policies and procedures

Experience leading ongoing J10, JNN, and JNTC network support, addressing availability issues and overcoming performance problems

Skilled in installing, maintaining, and coordinating the use of network systems

Experience managing network performance, diagnosing performance problems, and undertaking tuning activities to ensure network performance meets SLA requirements

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving problems to ensure quality transmission service on the network

Experience reporting on overall network performance, including frequent problems, underlying issues, and plans to improve network availability, performance, and problem resolution

Experience training users, maintaining, creating, and deleting user accounts

Experience managing and updating system security plans on all platforms

Experience creating, implementing, and coordinating network policies, procedures, and standards

Experience enforcing network security policies and procedures
