They are seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Search organization to define product vision and strategy, conduct analyses for product roadmaps, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end vision and strategy for your product
Conduct analysis to inform your product roadmap and prioritize product backlog
Develop and refine key metrics and mechanisms to build the right product and continuously validate your strategic direction
Explore and implement new use cases for your product that address customer pain points and unlock new revenue opportunities in partnership with your engineering team(s) and the broader organization
Own pricing and packaging of your product as a standalone SKU (including sales enablement, marketing, customer trials, and partnership opportunities)
Regularly engage our customers via video conversations, emails, and in-person visits (10% travel) to understand their needs, as well as validate our proposed solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives
Become the expert and point of contact of your product for internal and external questions, feedback, and requests

Required

Over 10 years of product leadership experience guiding API, SDK, and data products through full discovery, development, launch, and adoption in the B2B space
Demonstrated technical depth with the ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding user problems and delivering thoughtful, intuitive product experiences
Data-driven decision maker with advanced analytical skills and a track record of using evidence to evaluate product quality and inform next steps
Skilled at prioritizing tradeoffs and driving teams toward delivering meaningful and immediate value for customers
Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely across broad audiences, including FAQs, roadmaps, and business cases
Proven ownership mindset with the ability to independently build, execute, and iterate on product strategies with minimal direction
Ability to simplify complex challenges and identify the most efficient, high-impact solutions for customers
Go-to-market leader with experience owning pricing and packaging and developing strategies that successfully scale product adoption
