Responsibilities
Prospecting (to include cold calling) in the elevator service market for potential service customers
Manages bid solicitation process
Surveys vertical transportation equipment (elevators, escalators, chair lifts etc.) during prospecting process
Negotiates, prepares, and presents service contracts to potential customers
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of sales experience minimum is desired
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, word and excel
Business acumen and a collaborative mindset
