Responsibilities

Manage and monitor used equipment inventory across the Americas, ensuring data accuracy and timely lifecycle and population updates
Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports; communicate inventory status and availability to Sales and internal stakeholders
Provide pricing recommendations and conduct margin and profitability analysis in collaboration with Finance and Pricing Specialists
Coordinate used equipment ordering, forecasting, and program requirements across functional areas
Support population management by consolidating and validating installed base data, unit transitions, and lifecycle milestones
Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and standardized reports that support decision-making across used equipment, population management, pricing, and lifecycle programs
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data interpretation to improve visibility and operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with Inventory Control, Planning/Procurement, Logistics, Service, Product Management, Sales Operations, Category Marketing, factory partners, CFS, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and smooth program execution
Build and maintain product structures, configurations, pricing records, and system accuracy to support ongoing program and product changes
Support new initiatives, product updates, and operational improvements across the Production Print portfolio

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in Product Planning, Business Development, Asset Management, or a similar discipline
Strong business acumen with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and support multiple business objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing sales relationships is required
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work across multiple functional areas
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
