Responsibilities

Maintain and update the territory database and develop a strategic plan to maximize sales opportunities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the region

Conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients and collaborate with Customer Service Managers to foster growth in existing accounts

Partner with the SVP of Business Development to achieve KPIs and deliver on revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating trust, engagement, and confidence

Apply a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

Demonstrate a proven ability to exceed sales quotas and manage complex sales cycles
