Chief of Staff - Family Office

Confidential company is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic right hand and oversee all aspects of family office operations. This role involves managing complex projects across investment, estate, lifestyle, and governance domains while ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with the Principal/Chairman's vision.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the Principal/Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Translate the Principal/Chairman’s vision into actionable plans with timely execution
Oversee strategic projects, including investment initiatives, philanthropic programs, and business ventures
Manage daily operations of the family office, including staff oversight and vendor management
Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements in coordination with external advisors
Maintain systems for reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Coordinate travel, events, and personal logistics for the Principal/Chairman and family members
Oversee property management, household staff, and luxury asset maintenance
Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols
Partner with financial advisors, accountants, and legal teams to monitor investments and estate planning activities
Prepare executive summaries and dashboards highlighting financial performance and strategic opportunities
Support charitable initiatives, foundation operations, and broader impact-driven projects
Ensure alignment with the Principal/Chairman’s long-term values and legacy objectives

Required

10+ years of experience in executive leadership, private wealth management, or family office operations
Bachelor's degree required

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability in dynamic environments
Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
