Responsibilities

Evaluate and optimize provider documentation workflows in PowerChart, FirstNet, and DynDoc
Knowledge of charge capture, documentation-related charging logic, or revenue integrity workflows
Strong hands-on background with PowerChart and FirstNet
Proven experience configuring and optimizing Workspace (DynDoc)
Deep understanding of clinical workflows and provider documentation patterns
Ability to identify and correct inefficiencies in charting workflows
Redesign note templates, dynamic components, and documentation pathways to reduce after-hours charting
Identify documentation inefficiencies and implement rapid, durable fixes
Improve workflow alignment between clinicians and technical configuration
Support charge capture alignment within documentation
Provide ongoing troubleshooting, workflow refinement, and stabilization
Collaborate directly with providers and clinical leadership to understand pain points
Deliver guidance and knowledge transfer to internal IT and clinical teams
