Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve package delivery delays through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Provide timely and effective support to carrier partners, including internal escalations when needed
Analyze carrier cases independently and implement solutions
Identify and investigate trends in delivery defects, partnering with cross-functional teams to address root causes of systemic issues
Create clear and concise documentation of investigations and outcomes, optimizing processes through use of AI and automation workflows
Maintain high standards of attendance, productivity, and quality while adapting to evolving business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
2+ years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc
Knowledge of SQL
