New Grad, Entry LevelCML USA, Inc. Ercolina is a machinery wholesaler specializing in pipe and tube bending equipment. They are seeking a Service Technician to provide customer support, perform machinery demonstrations, install new machines, and train customers on machinery operation.

Responsibilities
Provide daily occurring customer support
Perform demonstrations of machinery
New machine installations
Provide training to customers
Assist with installation, tooling selection, setup and operation of tube and pipe bending machinery
Document related customer activity to CRM
Schedule and perform various job duties based daily
Travel to service and/or install machinery
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of mechanical drawings
Basic electrical circuits
Industrial wiring
CAD drawing
Experience and knowledgeable in machining and fabricating
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass drug screen
Proficient with computer
Organized and dedicated individual
Ability to schedule and perform various job duties based daily
Ability to document related customer activity to CRM
Positive can do attitude
Ability to work patiently with customers
Preferred
Experience in providing customer support
Experience in performing demonstrations of machinery
Experience in new machine installations
Experience in providing training to customers
Company will train acceptable candidate on the function, operation and maintenance of NC and CNC machinery
Assisting with installation, tooling selection, setup and operation of tube and pipe bending machinery
Some travel required to service and/or install machinery
