Responsibilities
Perform computer aided drafting and basic design of water/wastewater projects
Produce drawings, create layouts, sketches, and 2D/3D modeling if applicable
Prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations, appropriate design criteria, and technical manuals
Work closely with engineers to coordinate designs
Qualification
Required
Experience with using Microsoft Office programs
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, REVIT and/or Bentley 3D platforms
Experience with water and wastewater systems design drawings
Familiarity with CAD standards
A technical background in drafting design and experience using CAD software
Preferred
Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and individually
Deadline-oriented mindset
Experience in process mechanical design
Experience on Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District projects
