Responsibilities

Lead visual storytelling with editorial precision — Working closely with the communications team, direct, shoot, and edit content that transforms strategic objectives into compelling stories across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and internal platforms

Own studio operations end-to-end — Manage Adtalem's broadcast studio including day-to-day operations, production scheduling, equipment maintenance, workflow optimization, and technical setup for live recordings and events

Produce strategic content across formats — Create executive thought leadership videos, earnings communications, social media content (both short-form and long-form), employee stories, event coverage, and campaign assets that drive engagement and brand elevation

Edit with vision and craft — Transform raw footage and b-roll into polished narratives; cut compelling executive social content; build motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and extend reach across platforms

Execute productions from concept through distribution — Partner with communications strategists on creative development; script, storyboard, and plan shoots; manage vendor relationships when external production support is needed; ensure seamless execution from pre-production through final delivery

Maintain brand excellence — Ensure visual consistency, storytelling quality, and strategic alignment across all content while moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
