Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, resolutions; maintain corporate records and minute books; manage D&O questionnaires
Maintain domestic/international entity calendars, filings, reorganizations, formations/dissolutions; liaise with providers
Support corporate/secretary filings and routine governance certifications. Looking candidates with FR Y-6 in particular

Qualification

Corporate governanceFinancial services experienceGEMS proficiencyManage prioritiesCommunication skills

Required

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Financial services background required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Proficiency with GEMS preferred
Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems overall
