Administrative Assistant
Troon is the world’s largest professional club management company, and they are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their amenity center. The role involves providing administrative support, ensuring excellent member service, and assisting with various tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily office tasks, organization, and administrative support
Assist with uploading information to the website or calendar when needed
Help with light administrative tasks for committees and board of directors
Provide superior customer service to all members and guests
Participates as needed in special department projects
Assist with event setup tasks such as formatting flyers and tracking RSVPs
Assist with basic tasks for social committee events
Help monitor reservations for card room and other reservable spaces
Maintenance of office supplies and files
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum two years of previous experience in administration
Ability to maintain high level confidentiality
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter
Preferred
Knowledge of the golf and country club business is a plus
