BDC Representative - Midlothian
Murgado Automotive Group is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. They are seeking a dedicated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative responsible for managing incoming leads and scheduling appointments to support sales and service departments.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally via phone, email, and online chat
Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and encourage dealership visits
Schedule sales and service appointments for customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, Vollie
Assist with various marketing and outreach efforts to generate new leads
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
