The Development Intern will work with various regional department teams, focusing on project coordination and supporting the overall expansion efforts of the company.

Responsibilities
Supporting general processes, project coordination, partner vendor relations and other related tasks as needed
Learning about development activity, progress, and project management
Understanding the design and development stages including project scheduling
Understanding aspects of communication involving agencies and municipalities
Sharpening Excel skills
Becoming familiar with GAAP
Working in a high volume, fast-paced, complex accounting environment
Learning the importance of meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude; dependable, require minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
Demonstrates robust assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Enrolled in/graduated from a university degree program preferred
