Responsibilities

Ensure the availability, performance, and security of software systems meet the needs and requirements of platform users

Install and configure software applications, databases, and middleware components according to best practices and system requirements

Monitor the performance, health, and availability of software systems and applications

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as: software updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and security

Configuration and management of security policies, firewalls, and access controls to enforce security

Provide technical support and assistance for end-users

Required

3 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities

3 years of experience performing Windows or Linux system administration duties

1 year of experience supporting a cloud environment (AWS preferred) to include delivering, securing/managing, and diagnosing/troubleshooting complex issues

1 year of experience in a DevSecOps environment (e.g., working with configuration management tools, applying automation & infrastructure as code concepts)

Bachelor's Degree in Technical Discipline, or 4 years of professional or military experience in lieu of a degree

You will need an active TS/SCI level security clearance
