The FPA & BO Supervisor will drive the execution of the Order-to-Cash process, manage financial planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support.

Responsibilities
Driving the execution of Order-to-Cash process; support on P&L track, cash flow, compliance, and SLA
Work with large sets of data to prepare forecast reports and analysis (vs prior forecasts/budgets) for the Leadership team
Manage key inputs for practice P&Ls, support the delivery management teams through financial analysis
Lead financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, P&L forecast)
Perform end-to-end project accounting management of selected practice teams
Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-function teams such as accounting, HR, and sales teams to understand needs and provide support to business requests
Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses
Work on special requests, projects, and financial presentations for management as required
Manage and mentor business operations team staff members
Track department-wide goals, people planning, training, and compliance requirements
Collaboration with Centific global teams in different regions

Required
