Drive the execution and continuous improvement of critical projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance standards, and measurable outcomes

Build strong internal and external partnerships to advance cross-functional collaboration, accelerate execution, align stakeholders, and deliver high-impact, value-added solutions

Lead the organization’s innovation strategy, fostering creativity and driving transformative initiatives that position Health & Wellness for long-term success

Develop and implement cutting-edge digital engagement strategies to elevate organizational visibility, strengthen stakeholder connections, and amplify the impact of key initiatives across internal and external platforms

Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and securing alignment on priorities and investments

Leverage AI and emerging technologies to advance the Health & Wellness mission, optimizing operations, enhancing customer experiences, and unlocking new opportunities for growth and efficiency

Extensive experience leading large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and operational excellence

Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders, define priorities, and build consensus across cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment

Executive presence and confidence in delivering high-impact presentations to senior leadership, influencing decisions and shaping organizational priorities

Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver innovative approaches and measurable results

Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to advance organizational goals, optimize operations, and unlock new growth opportunities
