Responsibilities

Generate and review weekly and daily reports
Manage and respond to emails in shared email boxes and ticketing system
Database Operations- execute morning and evening uploads and troubleshoot bot failures
Override Management- Execute AM and PM overrides for assigned biller code
Financial & Compliance Monitoring-Review meter reports and identify and resolve outstanding missing meter submissions
Technical & Analytical Skills- Proficient in Excel /M365 for reconciliation and reporting
Collaboration & Rotation- Participate in rotational tasks and coordinate with team for shared responsibilities and escalations

Microsoft ExcelSAPMicrosoft WordMulti-taskingHigh stress environmentRelated industry experienceCommunication

Required

High School diploma or higher educational degree required
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high stress environment
Experience with SAP or demonstrated experience to learn SAP or similar systems
