Providing timely and quality handling of new business, renewal business and customer service needs for a large volume of complex accounts

Preparing submissions, proposals, binding coverage, and checking/correcting policies

Responding promptly to all client requests

Demonstrating knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and risk management principles
