Responsibilities

Plan and perform accounting functions that conform to current approval policies and procedures

Daily interaction with company personnel, managers, clients, and vendors

Interface with Project Directors/ Managers, project staff, and CRB management to ensure all key controls around invoice processing, expense reporting, client invoicing, and collections/ accounts payable comply with company requirements

Required

Associate degree or equivalent experience required

Up to two years of prior experience in a construction accounting position

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

General understanding of accounting standards and principles

Must be comfortable working to established deadlines during financial periods

Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy should be maintained

Knowledge of basic financial/accounting/administrative duties

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software a plus
