Qualification
Required
BA in business, accounting, or public administration
10–15 years of experience in financial operations in nonprofit healthcare including deep knowledge of FQHCs and payor contract management
At least 5 years of leadership experience
Expertise in Medicare/Medi-Cal cost reporting and California rate setting
Proven success in change management and strategic planning
Experience with EPIC or similar EHR systems
Expertise in financial operations
Leadership experience
Knowledge of Medicare/Medi-Cal cost reporting
Experience with EHR systems
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or CMA
Passion for serving underserved communities
