Collaborate with the communications team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, presentations, and publications
Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
Provide recommendations for design improvements and new creative ideas to enhance communication efforts
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in layout, design, and branding
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing designs
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare communications or military systems is an advantage
