Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, and user-focused copy for both internal and external digital products

Collaborate with designers to address UI/UX writing challenges, ensuring consistent messaging and solving content-related UX problems

Create and maintain content style guides, voice/tone guidelines, and content patterns for diverse use cases

Write from scratch, refine existing copy, and adapt messaging for various content such as call-to-action, navigation labels, headers, instructions, error messages, system feedback, help text, and definitions

Partner with cross-function teams to ensure content is aligned and accessible

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., English, Communications, Interaction Design, ...)

Demonstrated UX writing or content design experience

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Experience with design tools such as Figma (or similar) and familiarity with design systems

Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects

Comfortable working quickly and autonomously in your writing activities

Detail-Oriented – You care deeply about every word, punctuation mark, and how they impact the user experience

Creative Problem Solver – You find ways to make complex ideas clear, concise, and human
