Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community
As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards
You will help your patients achieve critical outcomes
Qualification
Required
Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, or OT)
Hold a valid state license in MA
Previous managerial experience is required - either DOR, Assistant DOR or Team Lead. At least 1 year in this role
At least 2 years of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
Preferred
Nethealth experience
