In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for various business and operations roles while partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer across business and operations functions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design smart recruiting strategies
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and resume banks
Deliver a positive candidate experience while representing Trivelta’s brand and culture
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and keep our ATS (Greenhouse) organized
Bring creative ideas to build pipelines and boost inbound candidate flow
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
Success recruiting for operations, business, or customer-facing roles
Proven sourcing skills with a 'scout's eye' for talent
Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive startup environment
