Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings
Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow rules, hybrid connectivity, and retention policies
Configure and secure Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive environments
Implement compliance and data governance controls using Microsoft Purview
Enforce conditional access, MFA, and identity protection policies in Entra ID (Azure AD)
Monitor service health, usage, and security alerts via admin center, Defender portal, and PowerShell
Troubleshoot complex issues and develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Graph API)
Collaborate with IT teams on integrations, change management, and end-user training
Manage Windows Server environments for optimal performance and security

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and related services
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Purview compliance tools
Expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, and conditional access policies
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
