Responsibilities

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY, or Burlington, VT, or be willing to relocate to the area
This position may require travel within the US
At least 1 year of experience in Information Technology
Hands on experience with: Datacenter racking, stacking, and cabling
Good customer handling skills and prior experience in Network and Datacenter Support
Install, troubleshoot and repair network issues (both hardware/software)
Basic troubleshooting of network devices/ Wi-Fi /router/switches
Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Required

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY, or Burlington, VT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to 'U.S. persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees
At least 1 year of experience in Information Technology
