Research
Responsibilities
Provides leadership and overall management by administering a delivery system of comprehensive services/supports in accordance with the organization’s mission and implementing policies and programs approved by the Board of Trustees
Holds full authority and responsibility for all employees through an organized supervisory system
Exercises independent judgment, establishes policies and procedures, and ensures all control systems are in place for the effective and efficient management of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Ten years of increasingly responsible executive management experience in the developmental disabilities, human services or healthcare sector
Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations from DHS/DDD, DHSS, HUD, HCFA, OPWDD, SED, Department of Health, and other regulatory agencies
Preferred
Master's degree in business/nonprofit management, finance, and/or Health and Human Services
