Responsibilities

Implement a secure, scalable, and flexible document management taxonomy using SharePoint

Build, maintain and expand capabilities of the Fortitude Intranet

Implement modern approval workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline manual workflows

Partner with Legal & Compliance for document management and regulatory filings

Document best practices for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 and conduct ongoing learning sessions across the company

Work within an agile environment to build components based on an established design

Author, test and document application components and configurations to deliver project-based work

Comply with and enforce security risk controls related to privacy, security audits and certifications

Gradual architectural ownership of Power Platform tenants/environments

Build subject matter expertise and relationships to serve as a trainer and advisor for cross functional teams on the Microsoft technology toolsets

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline with 5 years of professional experience

Experience building solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model driven), Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, SharePoint online, Power BI

Prior involvement in Power Platform CoE

Excellent analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills with the ability to articulate business problems and existing workflows/processes to document, visualize create solutions for efficiency

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in .NET (required)

Proficient in SQL (required)

Preferred

Prior knowledge and experience in the insurance industry (desired)

Experience with CICD, Git (desired)

Experience with PowerShell scripting/JavaScript, HTML and CSS (desired)

Proficient with Linux systems (desired)
