Responsibilities
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency providing L1/L2 support of Windows Server Administration including:
Patching and Upgrades
Build new instances environment and projects along with experience in managing High Availability clustered systems
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Malta, NY, or Burlington, VT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to 'U.S. persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees
At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
Experienced with Windows Server Administration (Level 1/2 support) and exposure to Content management System /Online Stores/Payment
Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency providing L1/L2 support of Windows Server Administration including:
Patching and Upgrades
Build new instances environment and projects along with experience in managing High Availability clustered systems
Preferred
Experienced with ITIL and maintenance of projects is good to have
Possess knowledge of Backup and Recovery is an added advantage
Data Center experience is a perk
Flexible work schedule and availability to work during US core business hours
Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills
Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
