They are seeking an Account Executive for their Emerging Market segment to manage the full sales cycle for small and midsize organizations across various sectors, focusing on high-velocity sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB and smaller mid-market accounts
Handle a high volume of inbound leads while generating your own outbound pipeline through email, phone, social, and events
Run efficient discovery calls, short demos, and fast follow-ups to keep deal cycles tight
Build pipeline in territories where digital transformation is accelerating across LATAM
Quickly qualify prospects, identify needs, and communicate ROI with clarity
Maintain accurate forecasts and keep Salesforce impeccably updated
Improve your craft every day—learn from call reviews, coaching, and data
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of B2B closing experience
Strong outbound prospecting muscle and willingness to grind
Comfortable running many deals in parallel at a fast pace
Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, persuasive
Fluent in Spanish
English required for internal collaboration
You thrive in high-activity environments and stay organized under pressure
High-energy, coachable, and hungry to exceed goals
Preferred
SaaS preferred
Portuguese is a plus
