Responsibilities
Leads the governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with enterprise tech strategy and HR operational goals. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders and provides guidance to HR teams on system functionality, change impact, and optimization
Partners with HR stakeholders to evaluate and implement HR technology solutions that address key workforce challenges. Supports development of the HR tech roadmap, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and ensures user-centric, compliant design. Stays current with HR tech trends and innovations; bring forward recommendations for innovation
Manages end-to-end HR system and project initiatives, including new module rollouts, process enhancements, and integrations. Collaborates across HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to define business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with HR and organizational goals
Monitors system health and effectiveness, including KPIs, data integrity, user adoption, and system utilization. Collaborates with HR leadership to interpret data insights and recommend process or policy changes
Provides hands-on support to HR Process Owners, assisting with documentation, training, and issue resolution. Acts as a trusted partner to HR teams, empowering them to fully leverage system capabilities in service of business needs
Ensures compliance with Data Privacy and Information Security policies, fostering trust and protection in handling employee data. Promotes responsible data use and supports readiness for audits or incident responses
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree, Business Administration or Human Resources required
5+ years experience in HR technology/HRIS or Digital Transformation
3+ years experience working with SuccessFactors
3+ years experience leading cross-functional HR project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to align and garner support from stakeholders
Expertise in HR processes and data flows across core HR, talent, compensation, and learning; familiarity with how data privacy, compliance, and system security concerns drive process and technology decisions
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity, independently driving projects from inception through end-to-end testing, change management, and project completion
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, SAP and SuccessFactors
Proven ability to work with a variety of systems
Visual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery)
Manual Dexterity (e.g., picking, pinching, typing, or other working that uses the fingers)
Grasping (e.g., use of hand to apply pressure)
