Responsibilities

Tasks will vary based on department assignment each year
Gain understanding of the business from a big picture perspective
Experience and learn different types of roles in different business units
Foster creativity and problem-solving skills
Support, partner, and collaborate with cross-functional teams/departments including sales, service, parts, and retail central services
Build a cross-departmental, multi-business network within Holman
Complete projects affiliated with rotation as assigned
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualification

Bachelor’s degreeMS Office proficiencyCreativityProblem-solvingCollaboration

Required

Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
0-2 years experience in a similar role

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
