Responsibilities
Serve as communications lead and strategic communications advisor to internal clients – determining appropriate tone, message, and channel to deliver clear and effective messaging
Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar for internal and external messaging, ensuring deadlines are met
Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and external communications that reflect Lennox’s corporate voice and strategic priorities
Coordinate distribution of internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital signage)
Manage incoming communication requests, partnering with internal stakeholders to assess needs and deliver content support
Support media relations efforts, including responding to inquiries, coordinating interviews, and maintaining media contact lists
Develop and schedule social media content to support campaigns, announcements, and brand engagement across platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to align messaging with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and brand voice
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic communications
