The Center for Child and Human Development Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

Organizing meetings and training events
Managing consultant stipends and contracts
Teaching courses (1-2 per semester) upon request
Working with faculty and administrators to develop and schedule courses offered through the Teacher Resource Center
Managing center budgets
Responding to calls and emails
Supervising Center activities/events 2-3 evenings per week
Responding to requests from the Center Director and the Dean of the Caulfield School
Supervising student workers in the Family Resource Center
Arranging travel and submitting reimbursements
Procuring and managing supplies and materials of instruction
Welcoming visitors to the center
Attending Caulfield SOE department meetings
Participating in all assessment and evaluation activities as directed
Performing other tasks as directed by supervisor

Qualification

Degree in EducationManagement experienceK-12 education knowledgeSocial work experienceEducational technologyCourse design assistanceCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

Degree in Education, Social Work or a related field
Experience in working with teams and committees
Knowledge or experience with K-12 education; social work
Management or operations experience in an education or social service setting
Ability to assist faculty and project staff in designing in-person, hybrid, and online courses
Knowledge and experience with communication systems and educational technology including Microsoft Word, Google, and Excel as well as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Must be able to work some evenings and weekends
