Responsibilities

Lead automation and controls development from concept through production launch
Engineer control solutions that optimize performance, maximize reliability, and minimize cost
Mentor and guide controls engineers, elevating capability, troubleshooting depth, and best practices
Drive standardization and technical excellence through design reviews, reusable architecture, and disciplined code practices
Support commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring successful deployments and future design enhancements

Qualification

PLC programmingControls engineeringAutomation developmentMentoringEngineering degree

Required

AAS or Bachelors degree in Engineering
10+ years of experience in Controls / Automation
Strong PLC programming experience (structured text, function blocks etc)
Ability to mentor and guide a team of Controls Engineers
