Director of Mission Integration, MD6

Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of Cyber Warfare operations and Cybersecurity principles, concepts, technologies, and practices
In-depth knowledge of program planning, budget and financial management cycles and policies
Extensive knowledge of DOD, USSPACECOM, USAF, and USSF policies, processes, missions, resources, operations, capabilities, and requirements
Ability to identify problems, develop and implement innovative detailed strategies to resolve a wide range of programming, budgetary, financial and management issues
Comprehensive knowledge of operational satellite and ground control systems and subsystems as they pertain to ensure Mission Assurance of these systems
Expert Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to contribute to the development, interpretation and application of Federal, DOD and Service regulations and policy, program directives and guidance materials relevant to the USSF/USAF cyberspace mission and operations
Extensive knowledge of management principles, and processes and analytical techniques for assessing programs and developing strategies for operational improvements and efficiencies
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key individuals/groups within and outside immediate work unit including field-level representatives
Ability to relate strategy, business, and technology in the context of organizational dynamics
Understanding of a system's data models, data flow, interfaces and infrastructure to meet information requirements of missions
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret / SCI security clearance
May be required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations to reduce potential compromise
Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed 'unscheduled telework'
May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis
May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assignments
This position will close after 5 business days or 75 applications, whichever comes first
PCS /relocation funding is authorized
Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY): Approximately 15 days per year
Employee must within 30-days of assuming this position and by 31 October annually thereafter, file an OGE-450, 'Confidential Financial Disclosure Report
Employee is required to attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training
This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment, and participation in random drug testing
Polygraph: Employee is in a designated position that requires consent and thereafter be subject to and successfully complete, an initial, periodic and random counterintelligence (CI)-scope polygraph examination as a condition of employment
This is a cybersecurity position; the employee will attain appropriate DoD approved cybersecurity baseline certificate(s) applicable for cybersecurity functions required for the DoD position
This is a Mission Essential position. In the event of a crisis situation, the incumbent, or designated alternate, must continue to perform the duties until relieved by proper authority
This position will require the incumbent to be certified IAW DoD Manual 8570.01 Information Assurance (IA) Workforce Improvement Program or to obtain the certification within 180 days of being assigned to the position
