Senior Account Manager
Stellar Consulting Solutions is a boutique IT & Engineering staffing and consulting firm headquartered in the Atlanta area. They are seeking a driven Staffing & SOW Solutions Account Manager to nurture client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and partner with their recruiting team to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for client hiring managers, procurement teams, and leadership
Build long-term, trusted relationships by understanding client culture, business drivers, and workforce needs
Conduct regular account check-ins, performance reviews, and pipeline discussions
Ensure strong client satisfaction across all staffing and SOW engagements
Identify opportunities to expand accounts through new staffing needs, SOW projects, executive search, or RPO services
Develop account plans, forecasts, and strategies for revenue growth
Respond to client RFPs/RFQs and collaborate with leadership on proposal development
Lead discussions on new skill categories, market trends, and workforce planning
Partner with the recruiting team to ensure submittals meet client expectations in quality, speed, and technical alignment
Collaborate with technical leads to scope SOW projects, define deliverables, timelines, and pricing models
Oversee execution of SOW engagements to ensure quality, timelines, and financial targets are met
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in IT staffing, engineering staffing, or consulting account management
Strong understanding of technical skill sets (Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Cyber, Product/Agile, QA, Architecture, etc.)
Prior experience with SOW models, fixed-bid or time-and-materials projects, or project scoping
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
