Responsibilities

Delivering quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders

Demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations

Collaborating to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk

Performing field work, manage engagement economics and inform supervisors of the audit engagement status

Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year

Qualification

Required

Active CPA license, or be on track to obtain CPA license

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Masters degree highly preferred

At least 3-5 years of Assurance audit experience in a large regional or national Public Accounting Firm. (Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered)

Strong public accounting assurance and auditing skill

Strong leadership and project management skills

Strong self-management skills

Challenge audit procedures used in the past and attempt to enhance audit techniques

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Integrity within a professional environment

Able to manage multiple engagements and deadline-driven

Strong work ethic
