Responsibilities
Manage Workload to meet contractual SLA’s
Work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed correctly
Serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of an insert machine and what it takes to process an order
Handle daily assignments, issues and situations in the absence of the supervisor
Take the lead in the success of the department by advising on new products and/or product enhancements or improvements
Qualification
Required
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Inserting
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Have the experience to assist with training new hires as business needs dictate
Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift 6 PM- 6 AM and meet or exceed attendance expectations. Be willing to work overtime if needed
Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Are proficiency in English in a business environment
