EHR Forms Integration Analyst
Loma Linda University Health is seeking an EHR Forms Integration Analyst who will support the integration of clinical and administrative forms within the hospital system. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with EHR systems and optimizing documentation usability while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities
Supports the development, coordination, and integration of clinical and administrative forms across the hospital system, ensuring seamless alignment with workflows, regulatory compliance, and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Maintains documentation standards, optimizes form usability, and supports the transition from paper to electronic formats
Works closely with clinical teams, HIM leadership, Print Services, and EHR/IT teams to deliver high-quality, accessible documentation tools
Performs other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum two years of experience in health information management, clinical documentation, or EHR-related work
Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality
Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, InDesign)
Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
Collaborate and accept direction
Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
Think critically
Manage multiple assignments effectively
Organize and prioritize workload
Work well under pressure
