Responsibilities
Work closely with NASA's site rep
Keep communication steady, clear, and calm
Ensure the client feels supported and heard every day
Track new scope requests and shape them into workable plans
Manage change order development from request to approval
Push timelines, costs, and documentation with accuracy
Keep the schedule tight while capturing all added work
Help the company secure the full value of sole-source work
Support work onsite daily
Coordinate with joint venture partners and subs
Stay close to vendors for added scope (sidewalks, civil work, etc.)
Make sure all work is aligned with federal expectations
Lead planning, progress tracking, and issue resolution
Manage communication between contractors, partners, and the government
Keep documentation clean and compliant
Uphold site rules, security, and work standards
Qualification
Required
Federal construction or Demolition experience
Doesn't need to be demolition, but must be federal
Strong record handling change orders on government jobs
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for NASA badging)
Strong communication skills, especially with agency reps
Able to travel across the Southeast for long periods
Preferred
Experience working in a joint venture environment is a plus
