Inside Sales Manager
Scientific Search is a mission-driven organization supporting post-acute care providers. As the Sales Manager for Inside Sales, you will lead a team to develop sales strategies and drive performance while making a meaningful impact across care communities.

Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives to exceed team goals
Drive high-quality member communication and engagement
Build and execute short- and long-term sales strategies for Navigator and LTC
Analyze sales data, manage KPIs, and optimize performance through CRM insights
Partner cross-functionally on lead generation, campaigns, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Skilled in building inside sales teams from the ground up
Strong communicator with the ability to coach, motivate, and elevate performance
Experienced in structured inside-sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline development
Preferred
familiarity with budgeting
strategic planning
process improvement
