Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening: Find and evaluate potential candidates for roles
Candidate Management: Nurture relationships, schedule interviews (technical and behavioral), extend offers, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants
Strategy & Employer Branding: Develop and implement recruiting strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, and promote the company's tech culture and brand
Process & Systems: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), update job postings, and maintain data for reporting
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on tech industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability
Interview coordination: Manage the interview process, from scheduling initial screening calls to coordinating final-round interviews with technical teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple teams across the company to ensure positions align with Edge Case’s business goals and support the safe deployment of frontier technologies
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Draft and review NDAs to ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive company information
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment. ECR will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience as a technical recruiter
Familiarity with technical concepts and jargon to understand job requirements
Proven ability to source candidates using various tools and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to complete an initial assessment of candidates' technical skills and credentials
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and compliant job descriptions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
