Responsibilities

Work alongside Sales and the wider client services team to help sell social media services to both existing and prospective clients by contributing to client pitches and strategic proposals

Lead research and strategy (audits, competitor analyses, content planning) and present findings and recommendations confidently to senior colleagues and clients

Own planning of content calendars and paid social campaigns across western social media channels

Oversee successful execution by our global digital production teams, liaising with client stakeholders and agency partners if needed

Own performance monitoring and reporting of assigned accounts, delivering monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Mentor and aid junior team members in both client services and production departments

Continuously research and select the best tools and templates to support our social media offering and incorporate those into existing workflows and processes

Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices, technologies and market leaders, and share this knowledge with colleagues and clients
